Nick and Paul are two of the Co-Founders of the bitter non-alcoholic drink brand Betera.  We talk about their backgrounds in hospitality, the culture of excessive alcohol consumption in the hospitality industry, why they’ve both chosen to cut back on their alcohol consumption, why and how they created Betera, what drinking less alcohol has done in their lives, their advice for beginning to drink less, why there are just as many mental health benefits as physical benefits from drinking less, the many challenges of launching a business during the pandemic, and why they and Betera are here to help.
