We talk about his life growing up in rural New Hampshire, how he went on a nation-wide tour with his band, how he then became a roadie for Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas and travelled the world, how he came up with the idea for a taco food truck while in China, all the hurdles he's had to overcome to start Taco Party, why adopting a plant-based lifestyle has made him lighter (both physically and emotionally), and much more.
