"I live in physical bliss every single second of every day, solely because of my food choices... it's the greatest gift I've ever been given."On this week's episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast, I sit down with the man, the myth, the legend, David O'Brien. If you've been following the podcast, you may remember Dave from Episode 22, it is still one of the most popular episodes I've done. From being a regular roofer who ate pizza for lunch, to watching his Dad die of cancer, to setting out on a journey to learn from the world's best people about nutrition, to pouring his life into giving people the power to change their lives through food, Dave's story is absolutely incredible.Since that episode, I've stayed in touch with and gotten to know Dave better. I continue to be absolutely in awe about his level of commitment to changing people's lives through food. I've gotten to learn more about his most recent venture, Dave's Raw Food, and have seen first hand what goes into his products. In short, I have never seen better. When you hear Dave speak, you'll understand that he does not mess around with what he puts in his body, and every food product he makes is a direct reflection of that. He is one of the most knowledgeable people in the country when it comes to human nutrition. Sit back, get your notebooks out, and get ready to have knowledge dropped on you! Also, worth noting, I have no financial ties to Dave's Raw Food whatsoever. I simply feel that Dave's story and his products have the power to change people's lives, which is exactly the mission of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast.Show NotesDave's Previous Episode: http://www.eatgreenmakegreen.com/podcast-1/2017/8/28/episode-22-dave-obrien-anyone-can-do-itDave's Raw Food Website: https://davesrawfood.com/Dave's Raw Food Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/davesrawfoods/
