On today's show we spoke about a yummy prawn stir-fry that Cam concocted during the week, and also mentioned David Chang's excellent Ugly Delicious series on Netflix.

It's been too long since we had Bacash's Michael Bacash on the show, and we chatted about how people are still afraid of cooking fish and how to try and get confident with it. We also spoke about the new commercial fishing laws in Port Phillip Bay and sustainable fishing in general.

We also had a market report from John at the Queen Vic Market, with a rare venture into politics!

We also mentioned what we think is the best seafood cookbook in Australia: the Australian Fish & Seafood Cookbook by Susman, Huckstep, Swan & Hodges.

Phil Kelly from Kellybrook Cider popped into the studio to talk about Scrumpy cider, how cider is made, and the upcoming Cider Festival that is now celebrating its 30th year.
