Fritz Kalkbrenner is one of Berlin’s most well-known names in the international electronic circuit and joins us for the first time on 17th November to make his Egg LDN debut. 

Going against the grain of the socialist surroundings in the Lichtenberg district of Berlin, Kalkbrenner first cut his teeth into the raw intensity of techno which soon infiltrated throughout East Berlin after the fall of the Berlin wall. 

2018 is no different for Kalkbrenner. The German producer is still completely consumed by electronic music, so much so that he’s released multiple albums on the independent, Berlin-based imprint Suol and has shown industry and clubbers alike his ability to merge hip-hop, house, soul and techno into one captivating creation.
