Hey there and welcome back to a very special episode of Eggs. This week we have guests Dr. Amitava Roy and his associate and Eggs show alumni, Andrew Murphy.

Dr. Roy has a background in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, development of new materials, and integrated energy systems. In a prior life, Dr. Roy worked for AFC Energy PLC a fuel cell company, listed on the London Stock Exchange as the Head of Fuel Cells leading a team to develop alkaline fuel cells and system integration. Later, Dr. Roy went on to found his own company Engas UK.

Dr. Roy is also currently working for the University of Portsmouth, UK as a Senior Lecturer in Renewable Energy Systems at the School of Energy and Electronic Engineering.

Andrew Murphy, the man behind our meeting Dr. Roy, is an award-winning product development, innovation, and business transformation executive and industry expert in the field of Hydrogen energy, technology strategy, innovation policy, and sustainability.
