The team speak with Associate Professor Mike Lawrence, from the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, who is working in the area of how Insulin works and a how a venom from a marine cone snail could help to develop ultra-fast-acting insulin, leading to more effective therapies for diabetes management.

They also chat with Professor Paul Webley, the director of the Peter Cook Centre for Carbon Capture and Storage Research, and the CO2CRC Capture Program Manager, from the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Melbourne, about the new carbon storage research facility that was recently launched.
