I am honoured to have Christian Coelho on the show today!

He is in the midst of writing his first book - set to release in spring 2022. The book is divided into 2 distinct sections : 1 dives into the history of Yoga, where the other one takes you down the path of applying what your practice is teaching you.

Christian gives some great insight into his own creative process, while writing, as well as how he overcomes the obstacles that show up during the writing process itself.

We also get a solid overview on what Yoga is viewed as in our current time vs how it began many, many years ago.

There are a lot of great little side-trails we take in this interview, too, talking about karma..the ego...spirituality meshing with the intellectual...I trust you will enjoy our talk!
