The special STA meeting was scheduled to hear presentations from the Sacramento Area Council of Governments and the Sacramento Air Quality Management District.

The reports covered what affects proposed transit projects from a possible Sales Tax increase through the so-called measure A  would have on air quality attainment.

The meeting was chaired by Elk Grove City Council member and STA chair Darren Suen
