I met this man at the gym. I train him. And genuinely - he is so kind, gentle, calm, and present. Dave is a wise man who's a different person (in my opinion) to the man he was 10 years ago.

I think it was amazing of him to open up about his past and his experiences with us. There's a lot we can learn, listen to, and take away from this one.
