  2. Weight loss doesn’t solve your problems. 
  3. Restriction doesn’t lead to happiness.
  4. The societal pressure to conform to a certain body size and shape can also lead to body dissatisfaction and a negative body image, even after weight loss.
  5. Focusing on weight loss doesn’t allow you to live life the way you actually want to live it.
