Propofol (or Phenobarb) Drip titrated to take patient to low levels of sedation scales (5-200 mcg/kg/min)

Decompressive Craniectomy
Induced Hypothermia
Pentobarb
Moderate Hyperventialtion (I reserve for patients who are herniating)
