In the final part of this multi-part series, Bootsy and Sal interview retired ICE Agent Victor Avila and retired ASAC ATF Dino Ortiz. Both men have experience working on the United States Southern Border with Mexico. 
Avila and his partner Jaime Zapata were gunned down by Los Zetas cartel members – Zapata tragically passed away. Avila survived, and in this episode talks about the aftermath of the shooting and how he and his family were treated by our government. 
Ortiz discusses how he came to investigate the incident and leadership in law enforcement.
