Ever put a hybrid in your golf bag. You can most likely thank Barney Adams for that! In the early 1990s, Adams was a custom club fitter in Plano, Texas — his friends called him “Barnyard” — when he came up with the design of a fairway wood that he thought was better than those being made by the big companies. He dubbed the club Tight Lies, and through the magic of cheaply purchased (at the time) infomercials in the early years of Golf Channel, Adams Golf became an overnight sensation.

Barney has always had the unique ability to see what is missing in golf equipment. He started Breakthrough Golf Technology after seeing that no significant innovation has been made putter shafts for decades. We chat all things technology within the game and dive into the golf ball debate. should we ring it in, or let it fly?

BUT FIRST...

Patrick Reed. Cheat? Not so fast. Facts say otherwise. Lets read past the media headlines and break it down frame by frame!
