Episode 35: Matt VSE (Only Shallow, New Ethic Pizzeria) - a podcast by Enterprise Hardcore Podcast

Back on episode 7 I did a feature on local small business owners. I didn't talk politics or social issues with the guests on that episode. Immediately after it aired, Black Lives Matter started receiving a lot of attention intentionally again. For a few weeks late last Summer, if felt like Rochester was one of the hubs for activism. Matt and I were both present for many of these protests so I felt it was important to have him back on to get his take on a lot of these pertinent issues. In addition to that, we talked about hardcore, straight edge, parenting, as well as plenty more. You can tell that Matt is very passionate about these subjects. He even had a list prepared at the end of our discussion of bands, record labels, and fanzines for people to check out.
