This meditation is 20 minutes in length and begins with a relaxation phase as your entire body is made calm and at peace. Then you step into a guided journey as you focus on gratitude in your life and all around you, extending love to yourself and others. You will know that you are only here to bring love and appreciation to the Sonship. You rest awhile until you are ready to return to this world.
