Ms. Rhonda Graham, was born and raised in a multicultural household and was blessed to have the privilege of living and learning in foreign countries from her mother serving in the United States Navy for most of Ms. Graham’s infant to late adolescent years. In addition to living in foreign countries with her family during her mother’s twenty year military career, she has had the opportunity of independently traveling alone with organizations to over nine countries before the age of sixteen. Without realizing it, living and traveling to different countries at a young age had impacted Ms. Graham’s occupational interest, educational pursuits and sharpened her perspective towards organizational dynamics.

Ms. Graham is a doctoral student at Alliant International University’s California School of Professional Psychology program in Fresno, California. She is currently pursing a Doctorate of Psychology PsyD. in Organizational Development with a specialization in Globalization and Sustainability. Although Ms. Graham is currently a doctoral student within the Organizational Development field, she is no stranger in understanding dysfunctional and functional organizational behavior within the workplace.

Currently, Ms. Graham’s focus is continuing in her doctoral research to better serve misunderstood, career oriented women of color within the workplace and undergoing the process of becoming a licensed mental health clinical counselor within the state of California.
