Biden says that the election was "the clearest demonstration of the true will of the American people... American democracy worked" Biden also said that the Supreme Court sent a "clear signal" to Trump. 

An excerpt from Biden's speech: "In this battle from the soul on American and democracy prevailed." The address comes as unprecedented as security measures have taken during the electoral college votes. 

A source says that the current United States President Donald Trump sees the house tallying votes as a final avenue to block Biden's win. McConnell refuses to answer the question about whether he considers Joe Biden president-elect. Adviser says that Biden has "moved on" as we wait on the possibility of getting a concession speech from Trump. A source says that Trump looks to "long shot" challenge in the house.
