Martha welcomes Jon Gosling to discuss how we become disconnected from ourselves in modern society. This disconnection usually comes from external sources such as our parents, other close relationships and society in general. Jon has been on journey of self-discovery to learn what he truly wants and will be sharing his experience of his own journey to illustrate what is possible to achieve in anyone’s life. His journey has included overcoming the dark experiences of addiction, anger, avoidance, bereavement, denial, despair, divorce, disconnection from his body, depression, emotional anorexia, loneliness, low self-esteem.

About the Guest Jon Gosling

Jon Gosling is a co-founder of Sacred Light Tantra and an Energy Healer. His journey in connecting with spirit, energy and the essence of our physical body has brought him to see the body as a gateway to access expanded states of being. He sees that everyone’s journey is unique and he is pleased to offer different modalities to support individuals, couples and groups in that journey to learn how to improve their relationship with themselves and the world around them.

He believes when we recognise and experience our own beauty and accept ourselves exactly as we are, both our light and shadow, we give ourselves what we long for from others, unconditional love. When we can give this to our self, our dependence on others diminishes whilst our capacity for love grows.

He is passionate about the nurturing power of touch and is a somatic educator, Tantric practitioner and teacher, Reiki healer, spiritual medium, meditation teacher, Certified Sexological Bodyworker, a trained sexologist and somatic educator and teaches the Law of Attraction.
