Dealing with the Hot Mess! Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, Projector, Reflector, Essential Oils, - a podcast by Ros Isbel

The term "Hot Mess" gets thrown around a lot lately. In this episode, we have a look at how a Hot Mess might look, how it might manifest itself and how to go about dealing with said "Hot Mess" when it does show up for us. We look at where in the Human Design Chart we can be more susceptible to falling victim to one and how we can support ourselves in protecting and managing our energy.

We also look at the Hot Mess by Human Design Type and Ros has a clearing technique which she's distilled down to 9 breaths to heap deal with the situation or any stressful or overwhelming situation. Use this technique anytime you need some calm. Learn it by heart - the order of the centers comes very naturally after a few tries.

Nani has a recipe for a beautiful "Hot Mess" essential oil blend
4 x drops Wild Orange
4 x drops Lavender
4 x drops Serenity (Lavender Peace)
4 x drops Balance
4 x drops Citrus Bliss
Place in a 10ml Roller Bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil or preferred carrier oil.

***9 Breathes Clearing technique

Placing all of your awareness on each of the 9 Energy Centres for one good breath in and one good breath out
In the following order:

Head Center (top of head)
Ajna Center (just above and between your eyes)
Throat Centre
G-Center (center of Sternam Bone)
Will Center (Slightly down left from the G-Center - left side of left breast)
Spleen Center (Bottom of Right Rib cage)
Sacral Center (Around Belly Button area)
Root Center (Lower pelvic area)
Emotional Solar Plexus (Bottom of Left Rib Cage)
