Morning:Isaiah 43:21; Isaiah 53:11; John 19:30; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Ephesians 1:13–14; Ephesians 2:7; Ephesians 3:10–11; 1 Peter 2:9
Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied.
Jesus… said, “It is finished,” and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.—For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
“The people whom I formed for myself that they might declare my praise.”—So that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. This was according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord.—So that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.—But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
Isaiah 53:11(Listen)

“The day of testing in the wilderness.”
Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin.
But they had a wanton craving in the wilderness, and put God to the test in the desert.—And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit… was led by the Spirit in the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by the devil. And he ate nothing during those days. And when they were ended, he was hungry. The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.”
For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.—“Simon, Simon,… Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail.”
