They said to you, “In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions.”—Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons.

Children, it is the last hour.—The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.
