Morning:Genesis 28:15; Deuteronomy 31:6; Psalm 27:10; Matthew 28:20; John 14:18; John 14:27; 2 Timothy 4:10; 2 Timothy 4:16–17; Hebrews 13:5–6; Revelation 1:18

“I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”

“Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”—“Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is theLordyour God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

For Demas, in love with this present world has deserted me…. At my first defense no one came to stand by me, but all deserted me. May it not be charged against them! But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me.—For my father and my mother have forsaken me, but theLordwill take me in.

“And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”—“[I am] the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore.”— “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.”—“My peace I give to you. “

“Master, we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word I will let down the nets.”

“The kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea.”

For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!… I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some.

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.—“So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose.”—So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
