When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

“I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live.”—God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

The Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.—When he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is.—It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.

“If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.”

So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light.”—“If anyone's will is to do God's will, he will know whether the teaching is from God.”—It shall belong to those who walk on the way; even if they are fools, they shall not go astray.
