Dr. Jerry Thacker, Superintendent of Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation and has also been a teacher, principal, director of professional development and an assistant superintendent. He was named the 2013 Outstanding Educator by the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents, and in 2012 was named Indiana Superintendent of the Year.
