Wind Segment 4: Global Winds - a podcast by PSD Channel 10 and Little Shop of Physics

Brian, Cierra and Samantha have been looking at winds on a small scale. Now, it's time to look at winds on a very large scale - that of the earth. Building off of their explorations into convection in segment 2, they ask some questions. Why doesn't the hot air from the equator move up and down to the earth's poles?
