On this episode of Everything That Heals, I'm discussing my recent difficulties with getting back into society, and I provide a perspective for introverts, or even those who love to be social, but have been lacking the opportunity, which in turn, created distance between family and friends for them to realize this. You'd rather be awkward than empty. Never neglect to check in with family, even if it's a simply hey, how you been?
