Philip specializes in teaching people strength development using gymnastic strength and barbell training, and he is highly influenced by the ideas of high intensity training and Nassim Taleb.

I really enjoyed talking to Phil and I think that he has a lot to say that can help people get more out of their practice with less invested time, which is especially critical for those of us who have busy schedules, or who just don’t want to spend 3-6 days a week in the gym.

I've personally implemented many of Philips ideas around being more efficient in the use of our time and our training and how to get more out of each set and rep.
