Since the earliest days of parkour, there have been many different competitive formats that have come and gone, and Tom and Rene are two individuals who have really been at the forefront of creating a lasting competitive format for parkour.

We are going to take a look at the history and evolution of parkour competition, discuss the pros and cons of various events and organizations, and we’ll touch on how to physically and mentally prepare for competitive parkour events.

Rene and Tom are great guys, amazing movers, really thoughtful teachers, and the program that they've created at Origins and through Sport Parkour League is really one of the most amazing legacies in the Parkour industry.
