I’m a fan of high torque for certain athletes BUT I’m NEVER a fan of high torque stemming from muscling the bike when it’s not intended. This can coincide with lifting heavy, which I’m a huge fan of! Let’s look at this and separate the two. Be safe out there (and in there; it’s the trainer, Lol!)
