The video drops today, but before you watch it, let me clarify a few points


1. I don't hate sweet spot; it's just that there is an opportunity cost to every workout that you choose. There are better options if you've been training for more than 3 months.


2. Sweet Spot is not a panacea that cures all in just 90 minutes. I used a chart that many associate with my bud Frank and FasCat; this is not a knock at them, it's just the one chart that everyone uses and it's kinda BS


3. Sweet Spot: you're not even creating enough lactate to work on clearing, and you're riding above the optimal clearing rates. It's literally dead in the middle. But you feel like you're working hard. You should spend your time more wisely at 120% and 80% FTP.


4. In the video, I'll include some sample workouts; Over Unders, vo2Max, and why these are better.


5. I'm not knocking the $49.99 plans out there; it's just that they are a waste of your money. Sure, I'd like to take $49.99 * the 1% of website visitors also, but I'm in this for the long game. I'm not a martyr, there's just a way I want to do this. All love.
