Episode #111 Glen Houck-Co Founder of MyVictory - a podcast by Ken Lubin

Glenn is a Co-Founder of recently launched MyVictory, a digital exercise and support platform for Cancer Survivors and the friends and families who support them. MyVictory offers Survivor hundreds of ability appropriate Cardio, Strength, Yoga and Meditation Classes and a daily schedule of more than 40 live streamed classes per week. MyVictory also includes a virtual community where friends and family may cheer on, support and exercise virtually alongside Survivors as they work toward and exceed their exercise goals.

Prior to founding MyVictory, in 2006, Glenn Co-Founded LQ Digital, a leading digital marketing company that has served hundreds of clients including Fortune 500 companies in acquiring customers through digital media and channels. With over 300 employees, LQ Digital was acquired by Private Equity in 2013.

Glenn was a three-year Swimming Captain and First Team All-American at The University of Virginia (1985 – 1989) and competed in the 1988 US Olympic Trials. Glenn was a 9-time ACC champion and upon graduation, held both ACC and UVA Records in two individual events (100/200 Backstroke) and three relays (400 Medley, 400/800 Free).

Glenn serves on the Board of Directors at LQ Digital and the Board of Visitors of the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University, and recently served on the Board of Directors of Inman News. Glenn enjoys skiing, golfing, boating and spending time with his family.
