Former NFL Linebacker turned CEO & Ironman Triathlete.

By concentrating on human performance, Joe builds, leads and grows world-class tech enabled business services, technology and SaaS organizations focused on serving employees, customers, and communities.

Currently Joe is the President and Co Founder of Aptology, Apotology was founded with the belief that everyone has unique strengths and characteristics and that by leveraging those attributes, the potential to be a top performer when placed and developed in a role that aligns to their strengths. Based in San Francisco and founded and led by an expert team in the areas of sales, human resources, behavioral psychology and technology.

A highly successful athlete, Joe played middle linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks and is an accomplished triathlete competitor. In addition to finishing 10 Ironman races, he finished the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii in 2013 and 2015. He will compete in his third Ironman World Championships race in 2018. Joe founded the CVI Power Foundation, which supports employee and company donations to various charitable organizations all over the world.
