Today I have the pleasure to Interview Reshma Jobanputra.
Reshma has an MBA degree (specialisation; Entrepreneurship). She trained with The Coaching Academy. She has worked extensively in Africa, the UK, with some experience in India. In terms of sectors. She has worked in manufacturing, services and now the personal development field.
Her style of coaching is upbeat, positive, warm, pragmatic, open-minded, encouraging and completely non-judgemental.
She is in love with the other thing like public speaking! She’s been very grateful to have had the amazing opportunity to speak at some truly remarkable places; Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice, Tesco champions at Wellington amongst others.
She speaks on behalf of charities, but also do many private talks. She speaks about a lot of themes related to career transition; overcoming fear, resilience, how to find what you're good at etc. She also thoroughly enjoy talking about positive psychology.
