A crisis like the one we are living through with the corona-virus pandemic  provides a stark choice for how to go forward. We know what we should do, but the question is always how. In this episode, Frank and Lisa discuss how and why exploring awareness can provide a grounded place from which to operate, one that never leaves no matter what the situation. We always hear that  living in this moment could provide an answer, and this episode’s guided meditation may be a helpful tool to experience that unflappable place. In finding that place, there comes a sense of relief and joy knowing there is another way, a place not being affected by anything else.  It can be covered up by thoughts, fears and stories but once you connect back to it, you realize it didn't go anywhere. It’s called the “Joy that has no Opposite”, or the “Peace that passes all understanding”. This is not something you “think” it's something you experience- thinking clouds it over.  So despite all the turmoil in the world right now we can still find peace and joy in the most unlikely places! It may take a leap of faith that it's possible even in the midst of crisis, but what do you have to lose? Step back from the brain and try something a bit different.
