Today I have a very special guest, my son Austin. Austin is a first grader, who experienced a lot of anxiety and separation struggles last year after we moved to a new city mid-year. It was his idea to want to share his experience with getting through that challenging time, because he knows there's lots of other kids experiencing the same thing. And I'll also share my own experience with helping him through that challenging time.
