Ep. 306: The Government And Racist Policies of the Past - a podcast by Eye On The Empire

Today I wanted to make the case that is unlimited government that perpetuates racist policy when a racist person can codify their beliefs into laws protected by the government. It has done it throughout history and if we do not have limited government it will continue to do it in the future. Limited government, not more government, is the solution, because if a government is strictly limited the laws like slavery, Jim Crow, and Red Lining, would have never been protected by the Federal Government.
