This is the third episode of Eye to Eye, the podcast of The Royal College of Ophthalmologists. In this episode we have two interviews. Firstly we spoke with Mr. John Ferris, a Consultant Ophthalmologist from Cheltenham. He spoke to us about his paper, 'The impact of EyeSi virtual reality training on complications rates of cataract surgery performed by first and second year trainees', as well as giving us an update of what to expect from the new skills courses and their debut at the College's Annual Congress in 2020. We then spoke with Miss. Preeti Sanghera, an Optometrist working at Moorfields Eye Hospital. She summarised which patients are eligible for free sight tests.

The College is keen to hear feedback on the podcast whether that’s suggestions for topics covered or requests to appear on the show. Email communications@rcophth.ac.uk with any suggestions or feedback.
