Loving God With All Your Soul - a podcast by Band of Brothers

Jesse presented "Loving God With All Your Soul," during which he diligently showed what the Bible says about the soul and why He required us to love Him fully with our souls, as part of our entire being. As Jesse explained, the soul is actually who we are and will be what leaves the body, when we die, to be with God, and then be reunited with our new body upon the resurrection. As Christians, our souls were purified by the shed blood of Christ, when He died on the cross for our sin. The Word gives us instruction on how to love God in Micah 6:8, 1 Timothy 6:11-12, and 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. When we truly pursue Him, God will help us to love Him with all our souls, as long as we are abiding in His Son Jesus. Without Him we can do nothing. Jesse issued a challenge to us all, that we walk in the good way and find rest for our souls, a challenge he got directly from Jeremiah 6:16.
