He is the President and Founder of The Next Level Planning Group, a team of 10 dedicated to solving an acute structural problem that exists in the financial services industry. Adam and his team go way beyond "better than" tactics to discover optimal strategies.

He is married to his wife of nearly 18 years, Melinda, and Father to 4 amazing children, ages 10, 7, 4, and 1.
