Constitutional Law Professor, Dr. Eric Berger joins Josh and Will on this week's episode of Faithful Politics. They discuss a wide range of topics ranging from Professor Berger's time clerking for Merrick Garland to the election and what role the Supreme Court may play. It was a very informative conversation that I think you will enjoy and hope you learn something from.
