Homecomings are a time when school faculty, students, and alumni get together to show their school pride. College’s homecoming can be rewarding and memorable and with its light, no-pressure environment networking with alumni can prove to be advantageous to a student's future.

Homecoming at HBCUs is absolutely epic and even more special. HBCUs compete to outdo each other with celebrity appearances, fashion shows, amazing concerts, step shows, and so much more.

Homecoming weekend is a special time for alumni, however, it can be difficult to navigate when your (adult) child is attending your alma mater.  How do you make it fun for everyone with embarrassing your student or yourself?  Listen in as we discuss a few do's and don'ts as well as the many benefits of attending your homecoming.

Special guests are members of Friends Forever DSU - Delaware State University, my alma mater, Class of '83 and we'll talk about the many activities planned for DelState's 2017 Homecoming.
