The big movie of the week hitting theaters and HBOMax is Clint Eastwood in Cry Macho; this semi-modern Western takes place in 1979 with Eastwood himself playing a former rodeo champion on a quest across the border. Next is Dan Brown's Lost Symbols series streaming on Peacock and bringing back a younger version of Brown's Robert Langdon character in his early adventures. Over on Netflix, you have a new kids series that might just be too scary for kids; Nightbooks stars Krysten Ritter and is an imaginative nightmare produced by known horror storyteller Sam Raimi. Also on Netflix is a reboot of an 80's classic, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, a new version of an old favorite safe for all ages.
