The story of the first Black player to sign a contract in NBA history, “Sweetwater” hits theaters this week, and is pretty good! “The Last Thing He Told Me” is a new mystery thriller series on Apple TV+ starring Jennifer Garner for a streaming option. Other options include “Prom Pact” on Disney+ if your teens are in the middle of prom season at their schools and are looking for another take on the genre.  There's also the gospel-and-soul music-infused “Praise This”on PeacockTV, where a wannabe pop star decides to join a competitive gospel music team.  And, of course, the fifth and final season of “The Marvelous Mrs Maisel” on Prime Video.
