Raffa brings the Frenemies series to The Napoli Rant and brings in Vito Doria of Total Italian Football, to speak about the career of Gianluca Vialli, who sadly passed away earlier this morning, January 6, 2023 - the Day of the Epiphany. Vialli, while  battling pancreatic cancer, assisted his friend and former Samp & Italy teammate, manager Roberto Mancini in winning Euro 2020. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Vialli family today and this weekend!

Vialli was a Sampdoria, Juve and Chelsea legend and a trailblazer.  Vito recalls his memories of Vialli, and then we chat briefly about our upcoming match at the Maradona this Sunday.  Napoli are coming off their first defeat in the league while Samp notched their 2nd win in the campaign upon the return of Serie A after the World Cup.  We also briefly chat about the inevitable Bereszynski/Zanoli sawp loan deal.
