Intuitive Eating is hard. Or at least when I first got into body acceptance, I found it really hard. Maybe that was just me. Anyway, when I picked up The F*ck It Diet by Caroline Dooner, I was struck by how easy her approach is. She is a master at breaking down bigger concepts and her idea of health encompasses so much for than just what and how to eat.
