1)  Be Honest  -  Men are often forced by society to deny their true feelings.  Unresolved hurt, pain, and trauma, if not addressed, will lead to mental health issues.  Hope deferred makes the heart sick.  That's why focus groups are so powerful, because it provides a rare instance where men get an opportunity to truly be open and honest.

2)  Be Vulnerable - "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."  2 Corinthians 12:9.  Last week we talked about failure is a part of the process.  When we accept that truth, vulnerability should be a by-product.  Unfortunately, many of us refuse to accept failure or weakness as a part of the process; so, men walk around with a facade of strength when they are really crumbling inside.  Vulnerability will allow the whole truth to set in with a gateway to new power.

3)  Be Coachable - Find a trusted friend or mentor to speak life over your life and into your life, but be ready to act on their directives.
