Fear the Bug, Episode 44: Views - a podcast by Axosoft, LLC

There are lots of different screen options that you may find yourself changing constantly in OnTime Windows and Web. These are settings like what project you have selected, what filter you have on, what columns are in your grid, what colors you activate for rows and text, what default tab you have selected, etc. Views can be created uniquely for each user to help manage different groups of settings that you may want to activate from time to time.
