Social situations have always been a challenge for Harris Montanye. After years of practicing classic yoga and meditation, he realized this practice was creating a shell that kept him from engaging with others.  That realization has thrown Harris on a path of self discovery and authenticity. A path where “interaction and community, now feel like the healthiest thing for me. It feels like I just ate a nourishing meal,” he says. Meet Harris:

Harris Montanye has his Bachelor's degree in psychology and has spent the last four years teaching and studying yoga. He is in his early twenties trying to find a way of living that is meaningful and authentic. In many ways he is lost and insecure trying to navigate the maze of life. He has found that the only way forward is to keep moving and to keep breathing. Knowing that sometimes the best movement is stillness and the greatest skill is being able to choose what you pay attention to.
