The Seahawks were on a bye week this past week and hopefully it allowed some Seattle fans a needed break from having to reach for the heartburn or anxiety medication on gameday. There are many things that stand out as great and not-so-great from the 2019 season to this point. Russell Wilson's quest for his first MVP or All-Pro nod has been a highlight along with the breakout rookie season of D.K. Metcalf and the emergence of Tyler Lockett to fill in behind the departure of Doug Baldwin. Negative aspects of the season to this point has been the lack of pass rush and the inability to protect the football. But we are here on this show to go a bit deeper or focus on some of the areas that may be getting overlooked. It turns out that when the Seahawks are on a bye, we start with a "thigh."
